BA Cityflyer Late Flight Refund

If your flight was late causing you to arrive later than 3 hours after the original arrival time, then it is your legal right under European Union’s Regulation EC 261/2004 to receive refund from BA Cityflyer. The compensation can be up to €600 per passenger in the form of cash, electronic bank transfer, cheque or travel vouchers. Instead of going after the airline yourself, allow our professionals to handle everything on your behalf with zero upfront fees on a no win, no fee basis.

Important points to consider:

The delay must be for a flight from the last 6 years.
The compensation applies to EU regulated flights only (meaning any airline departed from EU airport or EU airline due to land in EU airport).
The flight delay must be due to an airline issue, extraordinary circumstances are not covered.
The compensation will depend on potential distance of travel.
